On June 24, 2025, were presented diplomas to new Honorary Members of the Learned Society. The titles of Honorary Member were awarded by the General Meeting on June 21, 2024. The honorees were Rev. The Learned Society of KUL was a partner of an events as part of  #IPNMłodych educational activities, organized by the Institute of National Remembrance, Lublin Branch. On 24-25 April 2025 the Academic Conference “War Damage – Circumstances and Effects. From the History of Polish and World Military” took place. We are deeply saddened to inform that Professor Henryk Podbielski passed away on 6 March 2025, aged 86. He was an active member of TN KUL, the author of many TN KUL’s publications.

We are deeply saddened to inform that Rev. Professor Edward Walewander passed away on 25 January 2025. He was an active member of TN KUL. In 1999-2020, he was the Chairman of the Faculty of Social Sciences, TN KUL. He also authorized many TN KUL’s publications.

We are happy to inform that the Lublin Learned Society has conferred the Professor Edmund Prost Academic Award (2024) on Prof. Dariusz Skórczewski, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, KUL. The award was given to him for the book Fantazmaty skolonizowanych Polaków. Studia o tożsamości kulturowej [Phantasms of the Colonized Poles: Studies in Cultural Identity],
